Gene therapy and noninvasive gene delivery to the brain
2017 - current, currently recruiting at all levels
We are currently working on improving noninvasive gene delivery to the brain through focused-ultrasound BBB opening (FUS-BBBO). Current work will improve cost, safety, and transduction efficiency of the technique. Our work also includes viral vector engineering. For an example application, see ATAC page.
